3. Eligibility Requirements

2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals who are mentally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise legally restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from using our Services.

5. Self-Exclusion Status: If you have previously self-excluded from dora4d or any affiliated gambling platform, you are prohibited from creating a new Account during the exclusion period.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access our Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - national identity card)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

7.2 Sports Betting

• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping

• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• dora4d provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of our Platform
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time of the claim
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security, unauthorized access due to your negligence, or your violation of these Terms

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and agree to gamble responsibly within your means.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of bonus wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by dora4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes
• Your Account remains inactive for an extended period
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued provision of Services to you poses risk to our business or other users

Upon termination, we may forfeit your Balance if termination results from your breach of these Terms. If termination occurs without your fault, we will return your Balance minus any applicable fees.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of dora4d Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.
